We were royally honored to be a sponsor of the Palliser’s Royal Baby Shower on May 19th. The Palliser had previously hosted an afternoon tea to celebrate the marriage of Will and Kate, therefore it was fitting that they hosted a baby shower as well! The shower was a gorgeous high tea with an amazing spread of finger sandwiches, scones and pastries. A glass of Moet and Chandon greeted each guest as they entered and then they were treated to a performance by the Alberta Ballet and Sophie Serafino.

Additional event elements like the gift registry at the Bay for the Ronald McDonald House and the guest book that is being sent to the Royal couple allowed guests to give back to the community and feel more connected to the couple. The photobooth with cardboard cut outs of Will and Kate was a much talked about addition!

We are loving the CTV Morning Live “Wedding Week” segments! Each day a different leader- in- their- field is coming by the studio and talking about the wonderful world of weddings. It’s a great way to learn what is up and coming, and since it airs each day just after 8:00 am, you can watch it while you are eating breakfast, or take a page from the LFW book and all crowd around a computer during your coffee break!
Our very own Lynn Fletcher was in the studio bright and early on Monday morning discuss decor trends, Justin Catt from Spence Diamonds started the morning off on the right foot with engagement ring designs. CTV Morning Live has just announced that tomorrow they will have Wendy Belanger from Hair Influence Salon showing different hair styles and up-dos! We will be tuning in every day. Will you?
