Throughout her career, Lynn Fletcher has honed her skills for decor trend spotting. With 24 years of award-winning event planning and production experience and the coveted Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) certification, she leads her team with heart and courage, always striving to express love in different ways. She and her team produce more than 70 weddings annually, blending trends with tradition to create timeless wedding designs with a flawless touch. Many of her weddings have been featured in print and online, making her a sought-after wedding producer in Western Canada. Her wealth of knowledge is priceless, and all LFW clients have an all-access pass!
Lynn is well known for cheerleading the event community and raising the industry bar. She is a past President of both local and national boards of the International Live Event Association, a long-time faculty member of Mount Royal University’s Event Management program, and a national and international award judge. Lynn is also a passionate mentor to many. She has been recognized as Canadian Event Professional of the Year and, most recently, received the Canadian Spirit of the Industry award in 2019. Lynn is currently listed on Biz Bash’s Top 250 Most Influential Event Professionals in Canada.

What’s not to love about the wedding industry? Jody feels so lucky to work with amazing couples every day. She loves hearing their love story and assisting couples on the most important day of their life. She works with her industry colleagues towards one common goal: Making a love story come to life. To Jody, it’s absolutely magical.
As Confucius said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” Jody has been fortunate to find something that she loves. She is in love with love, and the rest is history!

Morgan came to us straight out of high school, looking to get into the event business. After 4 years of hard work on the set-up and tear-down crew, Morgan proved herself to be an essential leader on site and was swiftly welcomed into the LFW family. Morgan proudly holds certificates as an International Event Décor Professional and an International Event and Wedding Planning Professional.
Morgan’s favourite part of the wedding day is the first dance, where the couple melts into each other’s arms and everyone else in the room disappears. That is the moment when all the hard work is worth it. As a child, when she was asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, the answer was always “to be married.” This career aligned perfectly with Morgan’s childhood dream of living surrounded by love.

Kaysen’s journey to the wedding industry “altar” was not straightforward. After years of varied educational endeavours – studying psychology, book publishing, paralegal, and graphic design – and lending his natural relationship-building skills to client-focused roles, he eventually realized that he needed two key things to be happy in his career: the opportunity to be creative and the ability to make a difference.
Kaysen found both of those in wedding planning. He loves connecting with couples, getting to know them and their unique love stories, and making their dream day a reality! As the newest member of the LFW team, Kaysen brings a powerful combination of luxury wedding planning experience and a strong commitment to continued growth!
Kaysen’s favourite wedding moments are personal vows. Is there anything more special than that intimate declaration of love? He also loves the quiet moment before cocktail hour when the final touches are complete and a year-long vision is realized!
