Morgan came to us straight out of high school looking to get into the event business. From there she started working on the crew and filling her summers with wedding set ups and tear downs. After 4 years of hard work and dedication to the Lynn Fletcher brand, Morgan proved herself to be an essential leader on site and was swiftly welcomed into the LFW family. Morgan proudly holds International Event Décor Professional and International Event and Wedding Planning Professional certificates.
Morgan’s favourite part of the wedding day is the first dance where we see the couple melt into each other’s arms as everyone else in the room disappears. Knowing that all the hard work you put into this day was worth it to see two people so in love. As a child when Morgan was asked what she wanted to be when she grew up the answer was always to be married. This career aligned perfectly to her childhood dream of living with love all around her.
