Operations Manager
Weddings have long been a passion for Shelley Brolsma. Raised in a predominantly Ukrainian community she grew up attending numerous celebrations and became enthralled with the details surrounding each event. It wasn’t until she took a brief hiatus from her coaching and fitness career during COVID, however, that Shelley finally decided to pursue her enthusiasm for weddings by enrolling in Mount Royal University’s Event Management Program.
Starting off as a member of the on-site crew then later transitioning into her current role as Operations Manager, Shelley has had the privilege of assisting with numerous events in and around Calgary, Banff and Lake Louise.
Shelley’s favorite part of every wedding is the room reveal where the couple has their first look at the décor they envisioned months previous. The emotional moment when they see their dreams come to life. It’s in the small details that the magic occurs!
