What do you get when Hollywood meets Banff? You get an incredible union that is guaranteed to knock the socks off of everyone in attendance.

Sean and Ela were forced to postpone their wedding due to Covid and the reschedule landed them into a new season. Initially, we were planning a magical Winter wedding, we changed up the plan and embraced the beauty that is a Spring wedding at the Fairmont Banff Springs. However, we kept some of the frosty elements with the 16ft ice bar and a 4ft ice luge in the shape of the Hollywood sign but with the addition of a cowboy hat. The outdoor ceremony took place on the Upper Terrace of the Fairmont Banff Springs with the majestic Mount Rundle and the Bow Valley as a backdrop. The weather was crisp but perfect for our couple.

Guests transitioned inside for cocktails in the Ivor Petrak Ballroom. Guests were then led into dinner in Mount Stephen Hall by the echoing melodies of bagpipes where a delicious five-course meal awaited them. Following dinner, Side One with their 8-piece band had the guests out of their seats dancing. Pez Productions took over after that and blew the doors off the building with an incredible dance set, confetti cannons and sparklers.

The night wrapped up with an after-party at the bowling alley that few will ever forget.
